Taillight and Third Brake Light Color

Is it just me or is anyone else irritated that our third brake light does not match our sport taillights? Has anyone solved this problem? I know it may seem like a stupid problem to worry about but every time I look back there is bothers the crap out of me.

They look good but a bit too dark for me.

The pic makes em look darker than they are ... They are just a nice deep red that you can still see thru ... We have picky police around here, and they have no issues with them

I followed a tuner car home from work Monday morning (workin nightshift). All the tail lights were white, ....brake lights , turn signals, everything. It just felt so wrong at some level.

Now back to your normally scheduled programming.

Possibly installing Pure RED aftermarket LED bulbs. I've seen the LED bulbs really wash out any color and brightness difference between the 3rd brake lights and rear brake lights.

This is what I did and along with being far brighter, they all appear "redder" than stock when lit. Used Alla Lighting CanBus LEDs. Easy swap and no resistors were needed.
