I can remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when we were notified and put on alert.

Never forget , remember to teach this to the younger generation , and pray for our troops. The real heroes .

Jay , thank you for your service.

I think we will all remember where we were and what we were doing when we were told what had happened. I think that is the last time I can remember that the whole country was unified with one thought in mind.

A moment of reflection and silence for all the families and friends and countrymen affected by this terrible tragedy that was brought upon our great city by cowards. A reminder of how strong we can all be....... God bless America!

I was in the 8th grade when it happened. Kids in 8th grade now are learning about it as history, but it's not. It's not history for all those who lost loved ones and have to deal with that loss every single day. It's not history for those military men and women still fighting for our freedom. It's not history for us LEOs that are on stand by and high alert for anything that could happen and we have to go to work and handle it. Don't forget this day and let it fade into books and not be remembered as for what it was. We lost several lives that day and still continue to lose them today because of what happened 15 years ago. Love your God and country and if our flag offends you, then leave.

The one thing I remember most after that terrible day, was the closeness that seemed to return to daily life. There was a resurgence in the "love thy neighbor" ideology, that had unfortunately somehow been forgotten leading up to the unfortunate events of this day 15 years ago. Now we sit here in 2016 and sadly that goodwill towards each other has been misplaced again... We are all in this life together, the more we can stand proudly by one another? The better we can make it for everyone. I love our Nation, I love our Flag... I will never forget!
