Took the truck out for a cruise, About 50 miles in total. Did some playing around and truck ran great the whole time...

As soon as I got home, put it in reverse and started backing into my spot... Sounded like nails on a chalk board. Parked, rolled forward in neutral, reversed into the spot again and same noise. It coming from the rear, sounds like metal rubbing, you can hear its doing it in rotation at a specific point... Thanks for reading this and for any help/ideas yall have. Enjoy your weekend!

I had a similar noise not too long ago. Turned out the emergency brake hardware on the drivers side grenaded itself and rolled around inside the rotor. So I just removed the drivers side e-brake completely.

I will look into it bud, thanks! Maybe it's a Daytona thing. Haha. This truck only has 35k miles and in the last 15k I have had to fix the rack and pinion, brand new radiator, radio took a huge dump internally, and now this... I have had the truck for the last 5 years and since 2k miles... I've never had this many problems with a vehicle and I've had a lot.

Might also be a broken clutch clip. If not the ebrake then removing the cover should give you an answer.
