No aftermarket radios will work with Uconnect and unless a dealership replaces a factory radio with the same the UConnect services will likely not work on anything but the original factory installed radio.

Many of these sellers are just resellers and the head units are manufactured by the same company. IMO, this is overpriced and underpowered (but they do look cool). If you want this one, I'd consider finding a better price for the same unit. Be warned that most all resellers have crap support for these products with one exception, Linkswell, but their prices are higher.

I get it! I’ve asked for videos showing what the ac/heat controls look like and received no response yet. Their return policy is very strict so I want to are sure I’ve done my research before making a big purchase like that.

How was dealing with autotec? They seemed to have US based support when I looked at them.

Try Phoenix Automotive. I purchased from them for my 13 Sport. It seems to be built better than the one from Autotek. The bezel is one piece as Autoteks is two. Fits the truck much better.
