Thank you experienced guys for your help. I completed my mds delete, cam, lifters, valve job, timing set, hv oil pump, efan conversion, etc. Thank God that's finished for now.
I also got the Diablo intune 3 and deleted MDS, bump the idle up a bit. I had a little trouble tuning but the Diablo guys were very helpful. They had me send the PCM and tuner back to them for factory resets. Then got it back to me over the Easter weekend. I walked through setup and tuning with them on the phone this morning.
Truck is running excellent! Oil pressure is idling around 48, cruising at 60+. Coolant temperature is around 176 cruising with the 797 thermostat delete, smallest bore.
