the famous p1391

Alright guys Im having a issue with my 2002 dodge ram 1500 5.9 im coming up with p1391 but i already replace both of them and. At times the car hesitate to pick up speed like it hits a revlimiter but still picks up speed slowly. then at times drives perfectly fine with no issue what could be the problem i have been searching but have not found the issue

Check all your grounds and harness from the sensors to the PCM.

Okay ill check them out just funny how it acts up at times
