Sure, but the factory L blower is pretty plugged up honestly.
There are far better blowers out there (Less loss for the same boooooost)

AIRRAM sales adapters for your intake manifold to mount 4.6L superchargers or intake manifold on your 4.7.. the adapters are a pretty penny though
