Throttle body control cable removal

1995 Ram 1500 3.9v6 manual transmission... Following shop manual procedure to remove and lift up alternator/AC assembly in order to replace bypass hose... Manual does not address removal procedure for that second cable that goes into throttle body (this one goes to some gizmo behind the left headlight...emission item?) There is nothing on how to get this cable's sheath from the hole in the bracket attached to the throttle body. The accelerator cable pops out of a notch but this one seems pressed in a hole. YouTube videos show other set-ups where cable bracket can be removed from TB. Not possible on mine. Any help would be much appreciated. Jim
