Throttle Body Error Code; surging RPM on start then engine stalled

Tried to remote start the truck (2016 2500 5.7 with 167K) and the idle surged and the truck died. Went inside the truck to start it and the RPM spiked to 2500 and then died. Got an TB error message (first time I saw this).

I was hoping that it was a dirty TB. Luckily, had a bottle of the Chrysler TB cleaner. Cleaned the TB (it was really dirty). I realized it's been more than 60K since a thorough cleaning. No issues since. Hope this helps someone.

aftermarket remote start? If so was probably a glitch but good idea to clean tb.

OEM remote start. Good call though; I can see an aftermarket unit causing issues.
