Throttle body sensor stuck

So I'm trying to pull of my sensor to put on my new throttle body, but the sensor is on there pretty tight.
Red tab is pushed up all the way, I didnt want to vice grip it and pull incase it damages it

Well nvm... I broke it off

This is supposed to have a black thing covering it but that is now stuck inside this



So now I need to forgive out how to get it out somehow or how to replace the whole thing
