Throttle position sensor?

Throttle position sensor?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is there a throttle position sensor that can be removed and replaced on a 2008 Dodge hemi 5.7 L or is that all built into the actual throttlebody?

That's what I figured.

So the only way to replace it is by purchasing a whole new electronic throttle body.
