Looks great! I've put a few thousand miles on my Thuren kit now and I'm extremely pleased with the ride and stance. If I'd have done research before buying my wheels and didn't have the rubbing issue I do I'd say it was near perfect but that has nothing to do with Thuren.

You run airbags? I was thinking of getting timbren a since I won’t tow at all once I move.

Hi all, new guy here but glad to see this thread!

I’ve got a 2016 2500, and my Build-A-Kit from Thuren is currently on order!

-2.75” Front Coils
-overland shocks all four corners
-1.00” lift rear coils
-front trackbar
-active rate sway bar
-rear trackbar
-rear end links

I’m currently running 295/65R20 Cooper STT Pro tires and I’m very excited to get Don’s kit on the truck. Just thought I’d chime in, I did a ton of research before I ordered, Chris was excellent at helping me make sure I had everything I’d need for my ride (pavement princess, minimal towing but tons of highway road trips and also my daily driver to work).

I’ll be sure to post back with an update on the install. I’m doing it myself at a DIY Garage here in town, which is nice for me since I no longer fit in my own garage :p

Looking forward to your report on the ride quality and seeing more pics! I’ll post again when everything is in, and then again once I’ve got it all on.

Oh, and shout out to Tucson! I was just there a few weeks ago for work. Pretty strange for a southern boy like me. I’m not used to snow covered mountains and cactus.

Spent a little time on the highway. Man oh man. Not sure how to describe it. To me it feels like a “truck” still. Which I LOVE!!!! It feels like it’s got a heavy load on it but not loaded lol. I feel bumps but they’re not jarring. His some speed bumps tonight about 20mph. Again feel it but it’s not jarring. Going 80 over same patch of bad road I always travel the trucks rear end always felt like I was going to lose control and it bounced like a madman. Hit same spot at 80mph and she glides and just takes it all. So far I’m loving it. I need to really get out and get it worked in. I’m missing the front track bar though. Was supposed to be in the kit....installer says there was no front track bar so I’ve contacted Chris and he will see what’s going on. Not a huge issue it happens. I gotta adjust my tire psi also they have em at 60:banghead: so I expect it to be even smoother once I adjust the air. I’ll still get some good pics tomorrow got home and it was dark.

Here’s a few more pics... I do t have the front track bar. Shop either didn’t get it in same order and missed it or they have it and didn’t notice it needed to go with it lol. My shipment shows 4 boxes and they used 3. So somewhere is a $360 track bar floating around hahaha. But this is what i got for now. And there’s one of old tire vs new tire

Looks damn good. Hope they find your trackbar soon! I’ll be doing the install myself soon and it’s always nice to have some reference pictures.

Please keep the daily driver reports coming. Due to some health issues my wife has, I absolutely have to get my 2500 riding softer, or I will be forced to step back into a 1500

Took it for a spin today. I’m purposely hitting all the bumps hahaha. I don’t know if it’s 1500 soft but it’s for sure not as harsh. If you were somewhat close I’d let you drive it.

How’s the ride with the trackbar attached? Any different?

Yes actually. Not sure how to describe it. More “responsive”. I wasn’t expecting to notice it but sure could tell a difference.

Awesome. Thanks for the replies and feedback. I’m eager to get mine installed and do an alignment. I think it’s really going to “finish” the truck for me, at least for a while.

You’ll love it. I can’t wait to get her off-road and see what she’ll do. I grin every time I drive it.

I finally got my alignment done today.
The dealership had no problem using Thuren spec’s and got it near dead on perfect. Thank you for the specs and advice/help.

I love my truck!
