Recommendation based on it getting louder? I'm worried about drone...

It sounds better and looks better without the resonators. It's barely louder, but it does give the truck a nice sound.

I don't detect any drone at all.

ok so can you still hear it though cause im about to go get my y pipe, cherry bomb extreme and my tips put on and resonator i have to get cut off but my tips are 18 long... i wanna kinda hear it at highway speeds but still be able to make phone calls throught the unconnect etc

If you have 18" tips .. yes your res will have to go and it will be louder .
