Tipm replacement

Im looking to replace my tipm as my dome lights cargo lights and all that dont work. My truck also has no memory after key is shut off. Im looking to replace with a used tipm. What will I need to replace it? Does it need to be programmed

your profile says your truck is a 2003 its just a fuse box you can change it

What you've read about TIPM needing programming is for CAN bus vehicles (06+ in Rams).
