Tire and Rim help

Hey!! I have a '14, 1500 4x4 big horn in black. I am stuck on 2 decisions. I'll be putting 35's on and I know which rim I want. I can't settle on the tire or the rim size. As for the tires, it's either Toyo open country r/t or Goodyear duratrac. I experience all kinds of weather, and do some work on and off pavement. Additionally I am curious what's the pros and cons to 18" vs 20" rims. I am going to get the Fuel Pump for a rim.

I'd like input and pictures to help me decide. Thank you
