Nope, but a 50 series tire really isn't that low profile on a 20in rim. I still have plenty of sidewall on them.

I'll get a pic in a bit if not later tonight so you can see the side wall height. I like the spec-x's they are great in the rain, great when its dry and last.

Yeah the driveshaft goes and there will be a lot of potential issues. Could go through the bed, take out the gas tank, screw your exhaust (actually 2 guys around here have dropped their driveshafts over the last couple months and both have tore up their exhaust setups pretty bad (ask Kay9 about that lol), take out a tire.... lots of damage potential damage there

Yep, I know I had it real bad when I was running a 275/55/20 tire after we put my tc in. it had some bad hop to it, havent noticed at all though after moving to the 305/50/20's though. guess its getting a bit more grip or something there.

bumpin this back up

went to get mine rotated today and he said they are at the wear indicator and said it would be pointless for them to get rotated. needless to say i need tires pretty soon.

Size WILL be 305/50/20

1. Nitto 420s- about 700 for 4
2. Falken Ziex S/TZ-04- 585 for 4
3. yokohama parada- 600 for 4
4. general grabber- 575 for 4

anyone have any experience with any of these tires? i really want the nittos but i need a tire that will last long and dont know if those will. the falkens have a 50k warranty so that is nice. truckin how are the yokohamas doing?

My boss has the nittos on his tundra and they lasted about 35k mi. He drives really aggressive so im sure they would have lasted longer. Only thing on the nittos is they have to be rotated a lot so they don't cup.

Mine have been great on going on 20k (a few burnouts here and there) and have plenty of tread life left. Still handling great and they hold my truck much better than the 275/55/20's did. My old set of Yokohamas went 40k but had another 20k left on them when I traded them in for the wider tires.

They handle great in the rain, you'll still spin them if you hit it from a stop but it takes a bit more pedal to do it and the hold better.
