I'm looking for 33" for 17" wheels and i want tires that have the following qualities:
-all season/highway
-good braking
-lowest possible road noise
-width of 11.5(flexible on width)
-low relative weight (not too important)
-good in heavy rain

So far all the tires I want to use are only sold in 15",18",20" wheel size or 29"max diameter

And to clarify I don't want tires that just look offroad. I want tires that are more suited for on-road performance while still being able to drive over wet grass and curbs.
Couldn't care less about snow or mud.

Oh and my current tires are the radar renegade AT pro.
Got the cheapest tire at the time just for the package deal on the wheels.
The regret has sunk it.

Just about everything in a 33x11x17 type size (like 285/70r17 etc) is E-rated which means heavy and it means more road noise (rumble) even if the tread itself is quiet.

I think the standards bearer for a premium all 'rounder is Michelin Defender LTX .

Tire poll

Not my favorite but based on your list I'd say Michelins fit the bill perfect. With your list no way would I run load e.

Find yourself a cheap set of 20’s online. P275/60r20 highway tires don’t weigh much and won’t break the bank.

Thanks, but im looking for 17s not 20s
I like curb immunity.
Plus larger diameter means more exposed rotors. And in the event I drive in mud I don't want to have to replace my brakes...
It happened to me once already. Limp mode off abs sensor in a grass parking lot after heavy rain 3 weeks later brake vibration.
In north Texas the mud is full of clay and gravel and destroys rotors quick.
I know my original post says I don't care about mud, but only because I drive through it and I don't play in it.... 4wd should be enough that i don't need over aggressive mud tires for it.
Also my Mickey Thompson III (17") are 6 months old I'm not buying a whole set for awhile.
My problem is the radar renegade AT pros I bought with the wheels.
They suck in rain, they feel squishy and soft cornering. They slide on hard braking and ANYTIME you hit the gas or turn over paint.
People give them good reviews because they are cheap and they don't know any better. The only thing going for them is the noise level while still looking aggressive.
....and I don't care a about "looking aggressive"

I use the Defender LTX for summer tires up here. I'm very happy with the quiet ride and the wet road grip performance even with the pressure jacked up a bit.

IIRC, many years ago, I started using a predecessor to the Defender. I believe it was called Michelin LTX M/S2.

Again, IIRC, they had a bit more of a burly tread than the Defender, not much but just enough. They also performed great in wet conditions.

I'm having difficulty finding many options besides E-rated in anything but narrow car tires.
If you want the performance, you may have to compromise in comfort a bit.

I can recommend Nitto. Now, that type of tire really depends on the use.
