I am curious as to what the benefits over 18" rims to 20" rims.

Im in need of tires and the stock ones suck donkey ... you get the idea.

I have stock 20" rims and can't make up my mind to get skins to fit. But then I found the tires I wanted with 18" rims on the size I am running.

275/60 r 20. Just wondering thoughts.

Thanks in advance

20's drive better, probably a little better gas mileage as well, probably a little better for towing, 18 will give you more leeway to drive on low air for offroad function and look. If you want a cool street truck, 20's are the way to go, if you want a lifted 4x4 look, 18's are the way to go.

So you are getting 33 inch tires, both options will look good. You can get a 4x4 look with a 20 rim, you just need to go big.

Telling us what you like/what you intend to do with your truck would be helpful, but 'options exist' in both sizes,,,

Its all on taste... more smoother the ride (side wall) lower profile, to a point, you will get better handling and less tire roll in corners.

Its all how you like it to look and what your comfortable with on the ride, you feel alot more little bumps with bigger wheels and low pro tires.

I'm guessing with the 285/60 your going with a street tread not off road?
