Was driving on the HYW today in my new Rebel and flipped through the quages

Was surprised to see my tires in the upper 50's and 40's

Checked the OM when I got back and that is what is recommended

What do you guys run?

Tks

Run the pressure on the door plate in the tires, if you have LT tire on a 1500 you can lower the rear pressure by a couple of psi for a smoother ride. When towing heavy I'll run 50 psi in my rear tires(but they're also Load Range E tires).

With stock wheels and tires I run the pressure that is on the door plate. Once I switch to different size wheels and tires I run what ever pressure it is that gives an even contact patch

I run 38psi most of the time, shows it on the "B" pillar. When the tires get warm by driving down the road, the pressure increases.

Thats cuz you got 10-ply, load range E tires on there stock from the factory. I wouldn't run much less than what the door plate calls for because that's just the downside to running that heavy of a tire is that they need a lot more air pressure to support the load.
