How much wider tire can you cram onto the factory 275/70 18 rims? Another note i should add is I will be towing heavy with this rig. I really like the rims that come on the 2022's but I would like a wider stance. Anyone here tow heavy & have wheel spacers? I am considering this as well. Not extreme, most likely only 1-1.5" is all.

I would not put spacers on if you plan on towing heavy. The larger the spacer the more leverage you are putting on the lugs with the higher chance of shearing them off, which is not a good thing when you have 10,000+ lbs behind you.

As for width of tires. Can probably go a little wider before you start running in to clearance issues up front at full lock. Turn your wheel to full lock and measure the distance between the tire and sway bar.
