Hey gents i'm looking to get some new tires for my 09 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4. I currently have the stock 275/60/20 on her with a 2.5" leveling kit (1.5" in rear). I'm looking at 285/65/20, 295/65/20, or 35x12.5. The wheels are the stock 20x9 Chrome clad gems...

I basically want to go as big as i can w/o rubbing issues. I'm not ready to drop a few k on lifting the thing...my days of that stuff are done with kids college coming up...sigh!!!

Anyway would be interested to hear from someone who has been there & done that. Thanks

I need to get a picture of the rig up here.

I would say get 295/65/20, it is essentially a 35 inch tire

Thanks lonestar...i went with the 285/65/20. I wanted to avoid any possible rubbing anywhere. Damn tires are on a 6 week back order. Seems every time i get tires i pick the ones on back order.

Yea lol when I worked at discount it was hard to get that size, it's more common than some think. I'm in the same boat but for wheels, every wheel I want isn't available in the size/offset I want.
