Bilstein 5100 2 inch lift with 296/65/20?

I'm planning to install Bilstein 5100s set at 2 inches of lift and want to run 295/65/20 tires. I've been researching but haven't found anyone running this exact setup. Most people seem to go with 285/65/20 or 3.5 inches lift.

Will 295/65/20 tires fit with just a 2-inch lift? Or do I need more than 2 inches in the front and maybe a 1-inch lift in the rear? If I go with longer rear springs, how much longer can the OEM rear shocks handle before needing an upgrade?

Also, if I install Bilstein 5100s, why is it okay to keep the OEM springs? Aren’t the Bilsteins longer? Don’t I need some kind of adapter or extension to match the length? I saw on suspensionlift.com that they offer a kit with 5100s and Mopar springs, which makes sense to me since I think Mopar springs are about 2 inches longer. I’m new to this, so any explanation would help.

Second question: I’m also planning to upgrade the upper control arms. I want to go with Mopar UCAs because they’re more affordable, but if I end up with more than a 2-inch lift, like 2.5 inches, will Mopar UCAs still be okay? Or will they become a limiting factor? Any other UCA options you'd recommend for lifts over 2 inches?

I’m not on here much, so sorry for the slow reply. I have 6112’s up front set to 2” and have 295/65r20 as snow tires. The only rubbing I had are on aftermarket mud flaps which are almost 1/2” think. I trimmed those a bit and I’m good. Not touching anywhere else.
