Has anybody out there had any experiences using Goodyear Trailrunner AT tires? I am thinking about buying a set for my truck. The truck is strictly a street truck with maybe two trips a year to the beaçh. I would like to hear good or bad about these tires including whether or not they are noisy. TIA.

I can say we have a fleet of Tacomas that run the Goodyear Ultraterrain (Discount Tire only tire) and I'm overall very impressed with them. Each truck has gotten at least 50,000 mi out of them and we have had 2 flats, One was a f'n screw driver through the tread (oilfield roads).

I can't say I've seen/ heard of the Trail Runner.

Thanks for the reply. I see the ultraterrain on their website it looks similar in tread design but I'm sure the rubber compound must be the difference because the ultraterrain is quite a bit more.
What luck getting a screwdriver in a tire but I remember my grandpa getting an Allen wrench in one many years ago.
How are they as far as noise on the highway?

I bought a set of the Goodyear Trailrunner A/T. They are a good looking tire and extremely quite.
