On my 04, I have 305/50x20 currently. The tire is 32" tall and 12" wide. With a leveling kit, you should be able to fit a 33x12.50 tire without issue. There are a bunch of differen't metric sizes that will give you different heights and widths that will be similar as well but you probably want to stay around the 33" tall range. Tire width will all depend on the rim width and backspacing as to what will clear the suspension at full lock.

Best I have at the moment that shows both wheel wells. Front is stock height. Rear has add-a-leafs but 2" drop shackles so it should be close to stock height still.

Tread pattern doesn't affect the size of the tire nor clearances. I used my truck as an example. If I level the front of my truck as it sits, I could fit 33x12.50x18 Super Swampers under it just as easily as a 305/65x18 street tire. The both measure 33 inches and around 12" wide.

If you buy rims with a different offset, or add wheel spacers you could fit wider tires as well.

You have to consider that wider bigger tires is going to add strain on all the suspension and steering parts, so be ready to do some more frequent maintenance on everything holding the rubber to the asphalt.

Just saying
