whats the biggest tire size I can put on a stock (non lifted) Ram 1500

I have 2002 ram 1500 quad cab short bed with 33" tires and they do not rub. My truck was raked also. about 2" lower in front

What size rim? 4x4 - 4x2? I went to a 285 60 20 from a 275 60 20 and that was the biggest I could go. Was told anything wider on the factory would affect the ride, rub and warranty.
