I need to replace the junk Firestone Transforce AT 275 70r18's that only lasted 17,000 miles.

Other than normal driving (highway / city), I tow a 7,000 lbs camper maybe 4-5 times per year. Never off road. Live in New England, so we do get snow!

What do you guys recommend on my 2018 2500?

Thanks!:favorites13:

The search function works...but there are too many threads. :(

I had 275/65/20 Falken Wildpeak AT3W on my 2016 Ram 1500- E rated tires on the 1500 wore great and had great traction for plowing and towing my 7500# camper.
Now I have a 2500 and I just put General Grabber ATX on earlier this year- same size you have. I have about 10k miles on the tires and I'll check my tread depth tonight when I get home, but be forewarned that I have almost 6,000 miles of towing my camper and new 5W on them. I also have an alignment issue with outside edge wear on the right front tire that the alignment guys haven't managed to correct, so I'll go for the center of that tire. I have two friends that run the same tires on their plow trucks as they're severe weather rated.

Edit: I have about 10/32 left on the tires out of 16/32 when new.
