@SimmZ  That you didn't get a Warlock, but you should be happy any way, that sounds like a good truck. As far as the steps go, there are probably literally a ton of aftermarket options out there. I ended up going with a style I have not seen on any other trucks near me, Iron Cross Automotive "side arm"s. As for the remote start, which during the winter is a huge help, you can also get aftermarket as well.

I am in Quebec, so yes the taxes are much different than Ontario. My father-in-law is owning a 2017 RAM 1500 Express with the HEMI and I talked with him yesterday and extra taxes on his yearly licence plates are +275$/y in addition to the base yearly fees of 350$/y. So can you imagine... it's 625$/y for licences plate on a HEMI in Quebec. It's insane...

And it's good to know about the extra discount. I am a returning customer from long date with my local Chrysler dealer and it's like with my Grand Caravan, they gave me like 4000$ extra rebate over the 15,000$ manufacturer rebate and they also gave me many extras such as winter tires/rims (mandatory in Quebec), trailer hitch, brake controller and 7-way wiring and they also gave me a 5y/100K KM full extended warranty for free. That was in 2016 when I purchased my Grand Caravan. I am confident that they will be that much generous with a RAM 1500 :)
WOW
I’m in Alberta with 6.4, 2500, licence registration is $151 for two years or you can get one year for $84.
All vehicles are the same price in Alberta for registration.
I pay $1,800 insurance for full coverage for both my Ram 2500 and wife’s SUV. I think it is expensive because we just got new vehicles two years ago and we’re only paying $1,150 for the two vehicles before. They were Ram 1500 big horn and Ford Explorer both 2011s
Now we both have 2018 vehicles
Ram 2500 Laramie and Nissan SUV.
