Hey folks. A new Ram owner from Manitoba, Canada here.

Just trying to spice up the dodge a bit, and I thought I would start with a new set of wheels and tires, but am just wanting a confirmation or any tips and suggestions that anyone would like to pass along. Any and all information passed on would be awesome.

What I got: 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport Hemi 5.7 (Orange)

What I want: Wheels - 4x Fuel Vapor 20x9 (offset to be determined)
Tires - 4x Toyo Open Country MT 35/12.5/20R
Stock style stance levelling kit - front paired with a rear end kit to give it at 2-3 inch overall lift because I do a lot of heavy hauling.

My question to you guys is: Do you think there would be any concern for rubbing anywhere? Should I get the wheels with an offset to avoid this? If so, what should it be? Should I just get spacers? What is everyone's thoughts on the tires sticking out, compared to the standard even. (wanting a mean look for the orange and black concept)

Look forward to hearing from you,
Nick

All I have on my truck are the Bil 5100 set at 2.1" and it isn't exactly level, but pretty darn close. I am running 20" fuel wheels and 35x12.5 toyo MT. I don't have any rubbing at all. I do have a custom steel bumper that does free up some wiggle room.

However, you mentioned a "rear end kit," which, I am assuming are just blocks? So, you can prob go 2.8" like a lot of people on RF and have no issues with rubbing at all.

I like when the tires stick out a little, but not an obvious over the top look. Mine don't stick out at all. I don't want dirt, armor all, etc., spraying the crap out of my truck.

If you haul heavy I would either do bilsteins at 2.1 with air bags in the back, or 2.8 with a 3/4" inch rear spacer and air bags

With 12.50's you will want some wheels with a 12 to 18mm offset to clear the inside.

As far as a level kit, 2" might get you want you need to clear a 35 but it's gonna be damn tight.

Here is what a 12.5 wide tire with a 9 inch wide wheel with -13 offset looks like. I would say if you want an aggressive stance go with a 0 or negative offset. I only have a 2 inch level and could fit 35s. Only have 33s now and there is room. Will be upsizing tires when it comes time to buy.

What are you running for an offset, if any?

Would you suggest just going 33, instead of the 35?
