Most of the A/T tires are speed rated Q (100mph), S (112mph) or T (118mph). If you want to by based on speed rating, you could look for the S or T.

I'm looking for a GOOD solid tire that can handle Texas pasture and highway speeds that average 70 - 80 and occasional passing that may get up to 100+mph by the time I get around a couple of 18 wheeler's.
I got rid of the Firestones that came on it because they were slippery even on dry roads, Then the the NITO EXO Grapplers because they were extremely hard and felt like riding on 6" rocks all the time but were tough and wore like iron. Now the Falken Wildpeak A/T 3W's because with 46,663 miles and over 3/8" tread left one had a belt break last night at 70 mph and the tire started to come apart. Got it all stopped close to a grain elivator parking lot to change it out and was glad it didn't cause body damage but they go tomorrow.
All that said I'm on the spare and looking for a Good strong wearable tire that won't bounce my 2500 Mega Cab off the ground when I come to a bump in the road or pasture track.
Any ideas, anyone?
