To Shell or not to shell, that is the question!

Ehh... Not a look for me but it's your truck.

Same. I like the look of a truck, and I’m just not a fan of the aesthetics of a shell on a truck. Especially the angled ones that get tall in the back. It’s an old man truck look to me.

I had one on a used Nissan I had back in the 90s. It was handy at times, but killed visibility.

My Ram wears a one piece Undercover tonneau cover. Lockable, dry, secure, and still looks like a truck.

Looks great. As long as it works for you and you're happy with it, great! The extra height back there has been a lifesaver for me many a time.

So yesterday was a lifesaver to have a tall shell. I bought a new recliner (because I wanted one and yes I'm old 60ys old as of yesterday!). It fit perfectly and I was happy! I'm an older man so yes I get to use an old man camper shell thank you! Lol!

So the new question is: the shell currently is silver. My truck is white. I want to cover it with a bed liner paint to protect it, cover up a few bad spots, and it's easier and cheaper than a body shop painting it. So, will black or white for the color? I've no idea which will look good. Suggestions?
