Hi all, i've been checking out this forum for a few months now and thought i should join up. I recently bought a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie. I have been looking on and off for several months and this one popped up locally and checked a lot of boxes for me.
I've learned a lot already from the pages here and know i will learn a lot more in the future. I hope i can contribute as i gain knowledge.
I tend to alternate between Chevrolet and Dodge/Ram trucks. My last full size truck was an '05 Chevy Duramax. I got to the point that i didn't need the heavy duty truck and this 1/2 ton Ram is perfect. Plus the Laramie package has a ton more bells and whistles than the Chev.
Both my wife and i are Army retirees. We lived in Alaska the last 11 years and just moved to Michigan to be closer to our kids and grandkids.
