Has anyone had issues with the factory Tri-fold bed cover sliding back?

Is there anyway to tighten the 4 locks?

Thank you in advance.........

Maybe you just need to slow down a little.... :driver::anitoof:

My tri-fold (not factory) has knobs that make it easy to tighten and loosen for removal as necessary. I would assume that the factory has the same. Crawl up in there and take a look see....

It has a locking mechanism but no "knobs" to tighten.

Johnny, are you sure? My neighbor has a Mopar trifold. Looks exactly like my bakflip and like mine has knurled knobs at the very front. I know its probably a duh question...but

I definitely have the knobs up front, but @Judy says hers does not. There has to be something up there though. Might take a tool to tighten it.

Judy, I'm wondering if you can loosen nuts on the bolts that come through the bar thats against the cover, adjust, tighten then clamp down? There may be some u slots under those nuts for adjustment?

I don't think you can do amy harm loosening a few bolts. Wish I could see in person! Or you could open a clamp so we can see better, climb in & take a pic from directly underneath so we can see the attachment from clamp to lid?
