Tonnopro lopro cover

anyone have this cover? I have it and overall like it but i noticed today the latch that holds the back down wont hold. Anyone else have this happen to them?

On my 2nd one, first was warrantied after 3 years. No issues with the lock. Look at the mechanism with the tailgate down and make sure the lock is sliding through the square shaped metal lock. If not you might need to adjust the cover or maybe even squirt some lube into the mocking mechanism so it engages easier.

Its like the pin does not go far enough in the square latch. When its closed the back edge is not flat with the rest of the cover
