I recently bought my truck and it came with a topper on it. Since we live on an acreage and need to use a gooseneck hitch to pull our livestock trailer, the topper had to come off. However, I wanted to keep it for future use when my son and I go on hunting trips and having a topper would be helpful. So, I rigged up a lift system using black pipe, foam pipe insulation, steel cable and clamps, and a chain hoist. This worked really slick. I can store the topper overhead and out of the way.

Dat Cummins!
Good idea! Definitely looks like it would make taking it off and on a lot easier.

Thanks for the welcome to the site. I've always been a GM guy my entire life (I still own 3 Chevy trucks, a Tahoe, and a 1970 SS 454 Chevelle convertible. This Mopar/Cummins stuff is foreign to me but I really love this truck!!
