I'm going to assume you know all this, but what the heck...
Which weight is only 80% of max? "Tow weight"? That's not the most important number. You should not exceed gross axle weight rating (GAWR) on the rear axle or you risk damaging the axle. if you exceed gross vehicle weigh rating (GVWR) then you risk not being able to emergency brake, you risk blowing tires from overloading them, and your suspension is compressed so much you handling and drivability will be very poor.
The door stickers on your vehicle will tell you max payload (payload = GVWR - weight from factory + 150 lb "standard driver" + some fuel can't remember how much). Aftermarket accessories plus tongue weight + passengers + gear all count against payload.
So with a 35' trailer plus all the gear you'd load into that huge trailer (and that is huge, it's 5th wheel territory), and all the people who are going to be in that trailer are in your truck - you're going to need a bigger truck than a 1500.
No way I'd tow 35' of anything behind a 1/2 ton truck. OAL of that trailer is probably 38-39'. I don't care what it weighs, not enough truck to control that much trailer.
