Towing MPG

I have a 2016 2500 6.4 CC with 4:10 gears and 20in wheels bought it new and am now pulling a 5th wheel weighing in around 13,000#
I have a Pullrite Super Glide slider hitch that works great.Also have a Pedal Commander.I tow 65mph in 5th gear not in tow mode and getting 9-10 mph highway. I have 18,000 on it now and really can't complain.....
