Track times!!

Ok guys..I'm still at the track now but I got to make 2 passed in my truck so far.Truck is a 13' crewcab with 3.55 gears,Open diff and stock 33" tires.Mods are:
Magnaflow Y pipe and 14" muffler
Edge 2800 converter
Vararam intake
Diablosport intune with hemifever tune
TYC electric fan setup
Catch can

My 1st pass I left easy and ran a [email protected] with a 2.151 60ft.. 2nd pass I left a little bit harder and ran a [email protected] with a 2.045 60ft..The truck had. 13.99 in it for sure if I can just leave with it..Next on the to do list will be an LSD and some gear.It was 70degrees out at the track today.

That things got a lot more in it with an LSD and a good launch. I know it's not realistic in a truck but I've gone 12.90's at 101 with a 1.61 short time. If you can force it down into the 1.80's somewhere I could reasonably see 13.60's out of it.

That things got a lot more in it with an LSD and a good launch. I know it's not realistic in a truck but I've gone 12.90's at 101 with a 1.61 short time. If you can force it down into the 1.80's somewhere I could reasonably see 13.60's out of it.

Yea it def has more in it.If I could flash the converter and hook it would do great.I think with an LSD,4.10's,And some drag radials I should be able to get some good times with it.

Charles, the truck is running very strong. Those are impressive times for such a big truck in 70* air. Get out there on a 50* night and you will easily have your 13 second pass...assuming you can get traction.

Did your neighbor go out there with you? Curious what he ran with the few different mods.

Next time you go out to state cap pm me i go run there every now and then im from houma, you can throw my drag radials on for a few passes...

I could only manage a 14.99 @ 91.8 mph in my single cab Hemi. With true dual Flowmaster super 40s and a k&n. Btw quick question does anyone else's transmission seem to shift hard between 4th and 5th on the 1/4 mile?

I end the 1/4mile at the top of 3rd(2nd prime).No harsh shifting even with hemifevers tune..Throw a tune in their and go back and you should be low 14's if not better!

thanks! it might actually be from 3rd to 4th when it does that. i'll have to pay attention more. it was my first time on the track and had a little bit of an adrenaline rush haha
