So my 2014 Sport has what I've seen described as the "transmission clunk" where it surges or shifts hard as it shifts from 2nd to 1st gear when stopping. I only have approximately 550 miles on the truck. I used the search function to find info on the subject but didn't find much. What I did find suggested the transmission was "learning" and should stop doing this after some miles are put on the truck. Others said there's a reflash the dealer can provide that may or may not stop it from happening. Has anyone found a definitive answer as to what will make it stop? I read that the dealer reflash works well on the 3.6/8 speed combo but hasn't had much success with the 5.7/8 speed combo.
