Transmission PO876

My 2012 Ram went in limp mode [ 4th gear ] and threw a code for the solenoid pack. I replaced that and thought things were good. Then driving down the interstate it made a thump and downshifted to 4th gear. No light. I checked with my scanner and have the PO876 code only. [ Transmission fluid pressure sensor ]. I suppose I will change the sensor, and hope that it is the fix. Anyone else have my same issue???

Recommend replacing pressure transducer at the same time, they work together and it could be either one

I changed out the trans. fluid pressure sensor/ transducer and I am still having the same issue. Throwing a code for PO876 circuit B

Leaks is the most common issue with the rfe, likely a new VB will fix this. BTW, did you change both filters and was this code prior to solenoid pack? Important info.

The transmission shifts smoothly when not in limp mode. It will come right out of limp mode by turning off the engine for 60 seconds. I am going to see if a professional shop has equipment to diagnose the problem and take the guess work out.

No I did not change out the filters. I wish I had read up on that. I was told by several, that filters seldom need changing. My fluids apperance looked as new. I replaced with STP atx-4.
