I have recently had two failed attempts from online parts stores to get me the right shift solenoid. Two deliveries and two wrongly picked transmission solenoids. I need to know what transmission is in my truck. It’s a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab, 2 wheel drive, 4.7 liter engine. I took a picture of the manufacturer tag on the transmission pan. It reads TITTJ279220709 P52119494AL

You are going to need a GRAY solenoid pack.
Drop the pan, and drop the valve body. Disconnect the solenoid connector from the left side of the transmission.
Take out the (6) 8MM valve body bolts around the side of it, after it’s out, let it drip for around 30 minutes.
Once done, remove all solenoid bolts from the valve body, using the diagram seen below:
After that’s done, put on the new solenoid pack, and tighten the 2 bolts down with the arrows seen in the diagram to 50 LB-FT/TQ and then tighten down the rest to the same torque spec.
Re-attach valve body to the transmission and re-torque the valve body bolts to 8 LB/FT/tq.
Reattach pan & pan bolts, torque pan bolts to 8 lb/fr/tq again, and after, fill up tranny with 6 qts of ATF+4 and youre hood to go. Be sure to check the fluid level and make sure it’s good.
