Transmission trouble??

Ok so I'm new on here I have a 2010 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi sport package. Magnaflo exhaust, bully dog programmer, K&NINTAKE, throttle body spacer, drilled and slotted rotors, leveling kit. I bought it used with about 75,000 miles. First day driving it the engine blew! Being under warranty I did get a crate engine! Well now it's getting close to 100,000 on the dash and my transmission is making some noises, it's starting to slip and not change years either. Keep in mind I added all the mods after the engine replacement. What should I do about the transmission? What does a new one cost? What would be the best one to get? Help!?!

If I were going to buy one I would get the stage III Sharadon for $2800 not including core. But there are lots of other options.

If you haven't hit 100k remove the programmer(return it to stock),and take it back to the dealer. Tow it if you have to to avoid hitting 100k
