Transmission woes...

Yesterday I was driving to a service call and the truck decides to go into tranny limp mode (4) and won't come out. Threw a P1776 code.
Took it to the dealer tonight and dropped it off for both the transmission and rear axle issues.

I feel your pain. I had a few trouble codes on my trans too. I should had brought it to the dealer just for fun. Would have loved to play stupid with them and let them explain to me how its not covered.

Doesn't look like it.
They put a restriction on the entire truck because it has intake, exhaust, and drop kit.

They have to prove that your mods caused the issue. WTF do intake, exhaust or a drop have to do with your trans????

Yeah that doesn't sound right. You should try another dealer. I read in another thread where a guy went to 3 dealers before he found one that would do the work under warranty.

Yeah that one you could probably fight for sure. I think chrysler wouldn't want to fight for pennies in the grand scheme of things.
