Truck driven with Washer fluid in coolant.

That will not cause any issues, I did that to mine the first time I added washer fluid, I never drained the system, I've just driven it.

I did the same thing on my 2016 Ram when new, I never drained the coolant and when I traded it in with 107K on the clock, there were no issues ever.

I won't make that same mistake again! (I hope) LOL
