Truck makes noise when load down

I have a 2012 Ram 1500 ST 2wd truck with 50 thousand miles on it..... When i have my two dirt bikes in the back of the truck when you push it side to side or push the bed down it makes squeaking noise and not sure when its coming from and that noise only happens when its load down.

I wouldn't be concerned, sounds pretty normal to me, most trucks when loaded down and you push them side to side will make a little noise from the springs etc

Probably the panhard bar bushings are squeaking since they're now pre-loaded.
