My 2011 ram 3500 6.7 Cummins won't crank. Nothing happens when you turn the key. I have tested everything I can think of. Can't get anything from the wire that is coming out of the tipm to the starter node. From what I ca gather from testing the relays they are all working. One thing I don't understand is when I test the silnode relay there is power on pin 30 and when you turn the key to the start position get power to pin 85&86 but can't get anything out of 87 and I tried 3 different relays all new.

Here are a couple of things I thought of. Measure the voltage when you turn the key to the crank position and see if there is a voltage drop. Second, if the batteries are healthy and they both have to be, I would suspect a grounding issue. Inspect all the grounding points and battery connections. A possibility is that a four-legged critter was dining on your wiring.
