When the truck sits awhile it doesn't want to roll after you put it in drive. You have to step on the gas to overcome some type of resistance. So much that i get stuck parked on the wet grass. I figured I had a caliper not releasing so I jacked up the wheels individually and they all seems to roll ok.
Any ideas or is anyone else having the same problem? Thanks

When you jacked it up and spun tires had you let it sit as long as you do to notice the sticking. If it's getting stuck on grass its the front end. I had a BMW that the disks would rust and you would get a pop and sudden release of power. You could see a light dusting on the disk in just a day or two on humid Florida.

Check your transmission fluid level or let it idle for a few minutes so that the fluid warms up and the pump can get the fluid circulating.

When was the fluid changed last? It might be time to do that.

I've had brakes, both disc and drum rust to the drum or rotor, especially possible in moiser climates and when the e-brake has been set, it may also be possible for valves in the transmission to stick and not be able to hydraulically overcome mechanical resistance. Letting it warm up may help to isolate the problem, if it moves correctly after warming up it likely insicates a transmission problem. Older MOPARS with the TORQUEFLITE 6 & 8 used a mohair filter that would restrict fluid motion if the transmission was not serviced regularly.

It has to be either brake related as also have had this happen on several vehicles that sat. Heck my Charger sits a ton. Like sometimes doesn't move for 2-3 weeks depending on the weather. I hopped in it yesterday and it acted liked it didn't want to move. The transmission also could be slipping as well and not engaging.

You don’t want your trans slipping that’s for sure! Hoping it’s the brakes for your wallets sake!

If he's spinning back wheels when on wet grass, that's how I read it. It has to be drag on front tires. At least if he has limited slip.
