Got an 2018 ram 1500 4x4
about 80000km
highway miles easy driver..
Trucks pulls to the left not all the time but like someone turned the steering wheel on me just like, feels like driving in deep snow or a sticky caliper.
alignment was done and they looked everything over and said it was good
changed caliper
good tire, not that it be that

first time it did it i got out and tighten the lugs nut . that feeling
so ?? jv , wheel bearing, balljoint

Swap the all 4 tires side to side, if it does anything different, that tells you if it's tires.
Does the center of the wheel get hot when it does this, that tells you if it's in the bearings or brakes.

And here I was expecting it to be autonomous / self driving and wandering away on its own! Seriously, have a care! I would drive it sparingly if at all.

When did it start pulling to the left?
What is the make/model/size of the tires?
What is the approximate mileage on the tires?

The BFG KO3s I use in the winter are very sensitive to the road crown angle.
In certain spots, they pull a bit one way and then the other, but mostly to the left.

You say, not all the time. How often, and do you experience the same 'pulling to the left' on specific stretches of highways or roads?

.

If it’s brake related this may help.
A point and shot infrared temp gun can be used to compare rotor temps side to side .
Both rotors on the same axle should read very close to each other.
Front to rear will be different.
Also odd smells when you exit the truck could be signs of brakes cooking.

How are the tires wearing ?
Nice even tread pattern all the way across ?

I havent been driving the truck as i got a work truck to use
I bought use rims and tire back in the spring, they were from a guy that sold his truck year old, rode good all summer
i did that pads and rotor last year and did run into a problem with the right side caliper sticking and pulling to the right/ hot rotor of course so i changed it .. should not been cheap and did both calipers then too
now the left side pull so i changed it but not the problem not the same feeling either, no hot rotor, smell
drives good for miles then just start to act up , pulsing pull
probably a bearing just never dealt with a dodge wheel bearing
just to the gm bearing noise with you turn

Did the shop check wheel bearings, I would presume so if they had it in the air. and all the suspension bushings. Maybe the electric steering going ? I have never played with them, yet.

I would also look at rear brakes, one could cause a pull as well. Shaking?
Something is going to hell I would think, Got on snow or ice in a parking lot and apply a bit of brake and see what wheels lock up even or not, have some one watch from out side. May not help, But can't hurt to check .
If one is dragging, it may not start rolling as soon as the brakes or released, on ice, snow.

Don't forget that road crown varies as well.
