Hey Mario. How's things going with you?

Pretty good, got a promotion last yr so been working a lot. Truck died on me about a month ago on my way home from work, pretty sure it was the alternator so I tested it an got a new one an it still won’t start so it’s just been sitting. I REALLY need to figure out what’s wrong.

How’s it going with you?

Congrats on your promotion Mario. Did you do the basic trouble shooting checks?

Whats your fuel system set up like?

Hellcat in-tank fuel pump, -8 fuel supply braided s/s hose to fuel rails and to the fuel pressure regulator. -6 out of the fuel pressure regulator back to the fuel tank. Running at 58-59psi fuel pressure. Accel 80lbs (43.5psif) injectors. It was tuned with the fuel system at 58-59psi fuel pressure.

Battery is good starter seems good, alternator was bad put a new one in checked fuses an nothing. Was gonna check the ignition control module, but just been leaning towards buying another(newer) daily an sell my other cars an then start some restoring on the dodge. Just need some ******** motivation.

Thats a nice fuel system set up, very clean. Its hard to find pictures on these trucks about people setting them up for a return system.

Good amount of info an pics on HTC, especially with Stu’s truck. As far as performance this forum has always sucked compared to htc or dodgetalk way back when

The ASD relay provides power (12v) to fuel pump, coils and injectors. With the ignition key turned on and not cranking the engine the ASD relay will provide power for a few seconds and then disconnect. With the engine cranking the ASD will stay energized. To check the coil directly disconnect a coil plug and look for 12v while someone turns the ignition on. There will be 12v on the plug as long as the fuel pump is running.

Installed the IAT sensor in this spot next to the map sensor on the OCP intake manifold. There was a threaded port there and I didn't have to lengthen the IAT wiring plug. Will test it out in that position.
