Turn signal indicators on cluster not working

My grandfather has an 05 Ram Daytona and he's starting to have some electrical issues.
His turn signal indicators on his cluster stopped working yet his turn signals still work. His cargo light and cigarette lighter have stopped working also. Besides bulbs and fuses, what else should I look for?
