Turn Signal issue and intake heater light on

Occassionally when activate left turn signal, left dash light flashes fast then right dash light also flashes, then back and forth. Turn off turn signal and retry and works ok until next rime. Also the wait light for intake heater is went on while driving, does not go off.??
